How your files are handled
This page describes what actually happens today, not a general legal policy — Siftiva is an early product and this description will be replaced by formal Privacy Terms once they’ve had real legal review. If anything below is unclear, ask before you upload.
What you upload
Your screenplay (PDF) and 2–5 feedback files (PDF, DOCX, or TXT), plus any optional context you type in (your intent for the script, constraints to respect).
Where it goes
Uploaded files are stored on Siftiva’s servers, associated with your project. The extracted text of your screenplay and feedback is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to run the analysis. We don’t send your files or their content to any other third party.
What we don’t currently do
Siftiva does not yet have an automated deletion schedule, a user-facing “delete my project” control, or a data processing agreement — we won’t claim any of those until they’re real. If you want a project and its files removed, contact us and we’ll do it by hand.
Your screenplay, your ownership
Uploading a script to Siftiva doesn’t transfer any rights in it. It’s used only to run your analysis.
